摘　　要：越来越多的感染性疾病中出现抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体(anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies,ANCA),这提示感染可能是产生ANCA的病因之一。本文就感染引起机体产生ANCA的具体机制进行综述。There have been multiple reports describing the presence of anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies （ANCA） in occasional patients with a variety of infectious diseases, which suggests of a link between infection and the development of ANCA. In this review, we discuss the mechanisms by which infection contributing to the development of ANCA.
