6018例孕前及孕早期妇女风疹及巨细胞病毒感染状况的分析

摘　　要：目的:了解在我院就诊的孕前及孕早期妇女风疹及巨细胞病毒的感染状况,为制定孕前及孕早期保健措施提供依据。方法:从2010年9月至2012年6月,在四川省妇幼保健院进行孕前检查和孕早期建卡的妇女,经知情同意,共6018例妇女进行了风疹病毒IgG和IgM,巨细胞病毒IgG和IgM的检测。根据定量检测的结果,按受检妇女的年龄段和风疹病毒、巨细胞病毒IgG(+/-)和IgM(+/-及不确定)状况分别统计例数。并采用SPSS软件进行统计分析。结果:受检人群风疹的总体易感率为12.63%(IgG-/IgM-),不同年龄段易感率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),年龄在35～39岁易感率最高,为22.53%,25～29岁易感率为11.80%。巨细胞病毒的总体易感率为4.85%,不同年龄段间易感率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),25～29岁易感率为5.36%。结论:育龄期妇女巨细胞病毒易感率较低,筛查时应当客观分析,风疹病毒易感率较高,在不同年龄段差异明显,应加强对高危年龄段孕妇的筛查。Objective：To evaluate the infection of rubella virus and cytomegalovirus during antenatal peri- od and first trimester in our hospital, for making appropriate antenatal care policy. Methods：From Sep 2010 to Jun 2012,we have checked rubella virus and cytomegalovirus IgG and IgM in 6018 women with inform consent during antenatal care or in the first trimester. According to the quantitative analysis results and the age of the women,we get the cases number from different age group and different IgG/IgM status, Results： The overall susceptibility prevalence of rubella virus which IgG/IgM were all negative was 12. 63%. There was statistical difference among the different age groups. The highest prevalence was 22. 53% in the 35 -39 years old group. The prevalence in the 25 ~ 29 years old group was 11.80%. The overall susceptibility prevalenceof cytomegalovirus was 4.85%. There was no statistical difference among the different age groups. The prev- alence in the 25 ~ 29 years old group was 5.36%. Conclusions：The susceptibility of cytomegalovirus during childbearing age was low. Routine screening for CMV may be not necessary. The susceptibility of rubella vi- rus was quit different by age of women. Routine screening for rubella virus in high-risk age group is very im- portant.
