摘　　要：Monel合金蝶板精密铸造有一定的难度,铸件废品率较高。在对不同蝶板铸件铸造工艺进行比较后,发现尺寸较小的DN250蝶板采用水平浇注工艺可成功铸出,而DN350采用垂直浇注工艺比较好。通过设计可靠的精密铸造工艺,消除了Monel M30C合金蝶板铸件常见的疏松、缩孔、气孔等缺陷问题。It is difficult to investment casting Monel alloy butterfly plate , and there exists high scrap rate. Different investment casting ways to produce the Monel alloy butterfly plate were analyzed comparatively. The horizontal pouring is suitable for DN250 butterfly plate, while vertical pouring is suitable for DN350 ones. Through designing reliable investment casting process, shrinkage porosities （holes） and gas holes in the Monel M30C alloy butterfly plate were eliminated effectively.
