摘 要:通过对4004/3003复合铝合金冷轧、退火试样的力学性能检测,分析冷轧及退火处理对铝合金复合锭力学性能的影响,最终确定最优的冷轧和退火工艺。结果表明,随着首道次变形量的增大,弥散强化作用逐渐减弱,强度降低。但当首道次变形量达到60%后,由于加工硬化的原因,强度又会提高,但从金相组织观察发现第二相分布不均匀。由于回复及再结晶,退火后板材的强度下降,塑性提高。考虑到板材的综合力学性能,适合的退火工艺为360℃×1h。By testing the mechanical properties of cold rolled and annealed samples, the influences of cold rolling and annealing on mechanical properties of composite ingot of 4004/3003 aluminum alloy were analyzed, and the optimized cold rolling and annealing process parameters were presented. The dispersion-strengthened is gradually weakened with the first pass deformation increases, resulting in the decrease of strength. However, the strength is enhanced by increasing the deformation further to 60% as a result of working hardening, however, the heterogeneous distribution of the second phase in the microstructure of the compound ingot can be observed. The tensile tests of the annealed samples of composite plate show that due to recovery and recrystallization, the strength of the annealed plate is decreased and the plasticity is increased. Considering the comprehensive mechanical properties of plate, the optimized annealing process is 360 ℃ for one hour.
