摘 要:通过对比铜对Zn-40Al合金中α相所占比例、合金硬度、耐磨性的变化规律,研究了铜含量对含铝40%的锌铝合金组织和摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明,随铜含量的增加,合金中α相数目减少、硬度增加,耐磨性先增加后减小。铜含量较少时合金硬度增加的主要原因是固溶强化,铜含量较高时则是ε相析出强化作用,且固溶强化效果要好于ε相析出的效果。The influence of copper content on microstructure and wear resistance of Zn-40Al alloys were studied by the changes of the proportion of a phase, the hardness and wear resistance of the alloys. The results show that, with the increase of copper content, the amount of ct phase decreases, the hardness increases and wear resistance increases at first and then decreases. Solution strengthening is the main factor of the increase of hardness when copper content is lower, while second phase strengthening is the main factor when copper content is higher. The effect of solution strengthening is better than second phase strengthening.
