摘　　要：介绍了在熔炼过程中铝合金液中可能含有的气体和非金属夹杂物以及两者之间的相互作用。并分析了现有的铝合金净化处理方法,包括吸附净化技术和非吸附净化技术。从装备、产品要求及大中小型企业的发展现状入手对我国净化方式进行了描述。The gas and nonmetal inclusion and their interaction principle in liquid aluminum were introduced, and some kinds of aluminum purification method, including adsorbing purification and non-adsorbing purification, were also discussed. Then, the usual processes used in China were discussed from the perspective on equipment, product quality requirement and the current development of the small business in China.
