摘  要:为了提高铸坯内部质量,摸索最利于连铸坯内部质量控制的轻压下方式,提出了3种不同的轻压下方式。通过连铸坯低倍检验、连铸坯沿厚度方向的原位分析、轧制板卷力学性能变化等对不同轻压下制度下生产的铸坯的质量评价分析,对轻压下技术的应用进行了优化,制定了合理的轻压下制度,获得了成功应用。In order to improve the inner quality of continuous casting slab, to explore the best mode to control the inner quality of continuous casting slab, three different kinds of soft reduction mode were proposed. Through dendrite examination on the cross-sectional surface, composition analysis along the vertical direction of slab, and mechanical property analysis of hot rolled coil, the slab quality under different dynamic soft reduction system was analyzed. Base on the analysis, the soft reduction process was improved and the dynamic soft reduction system was established.
