摘　　要：以生产工艺为依据,用三菱PLC对具有垂直分型形式的铸造造型设备生产线进行改造,实现铸造过程的自动化。经长期运行表明,系统抗干扰能力得以有效改善,维修方便,产品质量得到保证。Taking the production process as the basis, the casting production line with vertical parting molding equipment was reformed with Mitsubishi PLC to achieve the casting process automation. The long-running show that the system anti-jamming capability can be effectively improved, to maintain easy and assure product quality.
