摘　　要：研发了一套高效的高真空截止阀,设计了一套用于压铸机的真空PLC控制系统。与现有压铸机实现良好匹配,可检测模具的密封性能、真空抽气回路"堵塞"状态,从而保证真空压铸生产过程的稳定性。该真空控制系统已成功应用于汽车零件的真空压铸制造,所生产出的产品质量良好。A type of effective high vacuum shut-off valve was developed, a set of vacuum PLC control system applied to die-casting machine was designed, which achieved well matching with the existing die-casting machine. It can detect the sealing performance of mold and the ＂blocked＂ state of vacuum pumping loop, so as to ensure the stability of vacuum die-casting process. The vacuum control system has been applied to vacuum die-cast manufacturing of automobile parts successfully, the products have well quality.
