摘  要:利用半薄切片技术,对红砂(Reaumuria soongarica)的花药发育和花粉粒形成进行了观察。主要结果为:红砂的每个花药有4个花粉囊。孢原细胞为多孢原起源。花药壁包括1层表皮、1层药室内壁、2层中层和1层绒毡层共5层细胞,其发育类型为基本型。绒毡层细胞具两核,为分泌型绒毡层。小孢子母细胞进行减数分裂时,胞质分裂为同时型。四分体有两种类型,多为正四面体型,偶有左右对称型。小孢子发育成熟后,形成二细胞花粉,花粉具有3个萌发沟。药壁发育的类型具有一定的系统学意义。The development of anther and the formation of pollen grains in Reaumuria soongarica were observed by means of semi-thin sections. The main results can be concluded as follows. Each anther has four pollen sacs. Hypodermal origin of muhicelled archesporium occurs in each lobe of young anther. The anther wall has five layers which comprises epidermis, endothecium, two middle layers and tapetum. The tapetum with two nuclei in each cell is of secretory type. The developmental type of anther wall conforms to basic type. The eytokinesis of microsporocyte meiosis is simultaneous. The tetrads are mainly tetrahedral and isobilateral occasionally. The microspores develop to mature pollen grains that are two-celled with three colpates. The developmental type of anther wall has a particular phylogeny significance.
