摘  要:目的:探讨蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶-1(SHP-1)和表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)在尖锐湿疣组织中的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测30例尖锐湿疣患者组织和20例正常人包皮组织中SHP-1和EGFR的表达。结果:①尖锐湿疣组织中SHP-1的阳性表达率与正常对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但阳性表达强度显著低于正常对照组(P<0.01);②尖锐湿疣组织中EGFR的阳性表达强度显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01);③尖锐湿疣组织中SHP-1和EGFR的表达呈负相关。结论:SHP-1和EGFR在尖锐湿疣组织中异常表达,可能与尖锐湿疣细胞的过度增殖有关。Objective: To investigate the expression of src-homology domain 2 containing protein tyrosine phosphatase-1 (SHP-1) and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) in condyloma acuminatum (CA) tissues. Methods: Immunohistochemical staining for SHP-1 and EGFR was carried out in specimens from 30 cases of CA and 20 normal foreskin tissues. Results: (1)There was no significant difference in the positive rate of SHP-1 staining between CA and normal controls(P〉0.05) but the expression intensity of SHP-1 was significantly lower in CA than in normal controls(P〈0.01). (2)The expression intensi- ty of EGFR was significantly higher in CA than in normal controls(P〈 0.01). (3)The expression of SHP-1 was negatively correlated with that of EGFR in CA(P〈 0.01). Conclusions: There is an abnormal expression of SHP-1 and EGFR in CA tissues which can be associated with the hyper-proliferation of CA cells.
