摘　　要：报告1例结节型皮肤淀粉样变病患者。女,43岁。躯干、四肢散发结节20年,四肢密集丘疹10年。结节样皮损及苔藓样变皮损均行组织病理检查:表皮角化过度,真皮浅层小灶状淀粉样物质沉着,刚果红染色阳性。诊断:结节型皮肤淀粉样变性。A 43-year-ohl female presented with a 20-year history of widely distributed nodules on the trunk and limbs, and a 10-year history of dense papules on the limbs. The histopathological changes in the nodules and the lichenified lesions included epidermal hyperkeratosis and amyloid deposition in superficial layer of dermis. Congo red staining was positive. The diagnosis is made as nodular cutaneous amyloidosis.
