摘　　要：该新型引流管固定装置包括引流管固定管及与之相连的皮肤固定敷贴两部分。引流管固定管含有两个弧形半管、粘连带及二者之间的粘连卡扣组成。弧形半管内面覆有粘性海绵，外壳附有粘连卡扣及粘连带。皮肤固定敷贴上设有用于进出引流管的出孔及固定于皮肤上的敷贴。该新型引流管固定装置结构设计合理，利用粘贴法及粘连带捆绑法联合固定引流管，固定可靠，能固定住引流管的皮肤出口，阻止引流管向垂直和平行于皮肤方向移动。且适用于不同规格、不同材质的引流管。粘连带方便开闭，有助于行引流管出皮肤处的消毒，避免局部感染，避免皮肤缝合，减少痛苦，值得临床推广。The new type of fixture for a drainage tube includes two parts, the fixed tube for the drainage pipe and the skin fixed applicator. The fixed tube part contains two curved half-pipes, adhesion snaps, and adhesion buckles be- tween them. The inner surface of the curved half-pipe is cov- ered with sticky sponge, while the shell is covered with ad- hesion snaps and buckles. There is an access hole for the drainage pipe and applicator in the skin fixed part. The new fixture design of this drainage tube is thought to he reasona- ble and reliable. It includes combined methods of paste and adhesion binding for fixing the drainage tubes, which not on- ly could fix skin export of the tube, hut also prevent its movement in the perpendicular and parallel direction to the skin. Also, the new fixture can be applied to drainage tubes of different specifications and materials. Furthermore, adhe- sions are convenient for opening and closing, which is help- ful for the sterilization of the line drainage pipe to avoid a lo- cal skin infection. In conclusion, this new fixture could avoid skin sutures, lower infections, and reduce pain, which makes it a worthy promotion in a clinic.
