综合护理干预在糖尿病肾病血液透析患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预在糖尿病肾病血液透析患者中的应用。方法选取2011年7月～2012年12月我院65例糖尿病肾病需行血液透析患者为干预组,给予饮食指导、营养支持及心理护理等综合护理干预,另选取同期糖尿病肾病血液透析患者45例为对照组,仅给予常规护理,比较两组血液透析并发症发生情况。结果干预组血液透析低血糖发生率为6.15%(4/65),显著低于对照组(13.33%,6/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组感染、血量减少、低血压的发生率分别为12.31%、3.08%和9.23%,与对照组比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05),而高血压、出血、失衡综合症等并发症发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论糖尿病肾病血液透析患者易合并感染、低血糖、低血压等并发症,在透析过程中应根据患者病情及时给予有效护理干预,减少并发症发生,保证患者生活质量。Objective To observe the application of comprehensive nursing intervention on hemodialysis patients with diabetic nepbropathy. Methods 65 diabetic and uephropathic patients as intervention group were treated with hemodialysis and cared correspondingly.And another 45 patients as control group were given conventional nursing,the complication of hemodialysis were compared in the two groups. Results The rate of hypoglycemia was 6.45% in intervention group and was significant lower than control group（P 〈 0.05）. The complication of infection,oligemia and hypotension were significant lower than control group, but the rate of hypertension,hemorrhage and disequilibrium syndrome were insignificant difference in the two groups（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The diabetic and nephropathic patients undergoing hemodialysis are vulnerable to such complications of infections, hypoglycemia and hypotension. Early comprehensive nursing intervention and management is demanded for enhanced quality of life and increased survival rate among the patients.
