摘　　要：二方共享 RSA密钥产生协议是很重要的一个密码协议 ,在密钥托管及其他许多方面都有重要的应用 .Niv Gilboa提出了一个二方共享 RSA密钥产生协议 ,其效率较高 ,但不能防止任何一方恶意欺骗 .基于该协议 ,给出了一个能防欺诈的二方共享 RSA密钥产生协议 .Generation of two-party shared RSA keys is an important cryptographic protocol. The protocol is applied in key escrow and has a number of other important appli cations. N.Gilboa presented a protocol of two-party shared RSA key generation. The protocol is efficient, but it cannot preclude either party from active cheat ing. Based on that protocol, a new protocol of two-party shared RSA key generat ion is presented against cheater.
