摘 要:研究了浆料固含量对喷雾造粒钼粉组织形貌和松装密度、流动性的影响规律。结果表明:当浆料固含量低于70 wt.%时,造粒钼粉颗粒细小,多数呈破损状态,造粒钼粉松装密度和流速随着浆料固含量的增加而增大;当浆料固含量高于70 wt.%时,造粒钼粉颗粒球形度差,表面粗糙度大,造粒钼粉的松装密度和流速随着浆料固含量的增加而减小;在本研究条件下,钼粉喷雾造粒的最佳浆料固含量为70 wt.%,得到的造粒钼粉表面光滑、球形度高,其松装密度最大,流动性最好。The effect of solid content of slurry on the morphology of spray granulation molybdenum powder and its apparent density and fluidity were investigated. The results show that when the solid content of slurry is less than 70 wt. % , most of the powders are fine and broken particles, and the apparent density and flow rates of the powders will be increased with the increasing solid content of slurry. When the solid content of slurry is more than 70 wt. % , most of the powders are non - spherical particles with rough sur- face, and the apparent density and flow rates of the powders will be decreased with the increasing solid content of slurry. Under the conditions of this work, the appropriate solid content of slurry is 70 wt. % , and the apparent density and fluidity rates of the spray granulation molybdenum powder reach the maxi-
