摘  要:目的观察去整合素金属蛋白酶9(ADAM9)在小鼠肾小管发育过程中的时空表达,探讨ADAM9与肾小管发育的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学、免疫荧光技术结合体视学方法测定胚龄(E)18 d及生后日龄(P)1、3、7、14、21 d和40 d小鼠肾小管内ADAM9的动态表达情况。结果免疫组织化学和免疫荧光结果显示ADAM9在各期小鼠肾小管均有表达;细胞图像分析和体视学测量显示随着胚日龄的增加,ADAM9在肾小管的表达逐渐增强,在P7 d达到高峰,之后开始减弱。结论 ADAM9对早期肾小管的发育具有重要作用。Objective To observe the temporospatial expression of a disintegrin and metalloproteinase 9 (ADAM9) in the developing renal tubules of mouse, and investigate the relation between ADAM9 and re- nal tubules development. Methods The expression of ADAM9 was examined by immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence and stereological method in embryo and postnatal mouse kidney, including embryos (El8 d) and postnatal mice ( P 1, 3, 7, 14, 2l and 40 d) . Results Immunohistochemical analysis showed that ADAM9 was expressed in all stages of renal tubules; The results of image analysis and stereo- logy showed that during kidney development the expression of ADAM9 was increased firstly and then de- scended in renal tubules, and ADAM9 expression reached a peak in P7 d. Conclusion ADAM9 play an important role in early renal tubules development and maturation.
