摘　　要：磺化过程 PL C( programmable logic controller)控制系统显示了 PLC在过程控制方面比其他种类计算机的优越性 ,结束了磺化过程靠按动按钮控制温度、扭动阀门调节硫酸速度的人工控制的历史 .提供了 PL C模拟扩展单元的连接方法 ,并且介绍了该系统中模拟量的采集、计算、处理、控制及其有关程序 .实践证明 ,这种模糊逻辑开关控制方法经济、有效 ,并且是可靠的 .PLC control system for sulphonation process shows the superiority of PLC over ot her kind of computer process control. It does not need the operator to press the button and turn the valve to control the temperature and regulate the velocity of sulphuric acid. In this paper, the connection method of PLC analogue expansio n I/O unit is presented, and the collection, computing, processing, control of a nalogue data and relevant programs in the system are also presented. The method of fuzzy logic switch control presented in the paper is economical, efficacious and reliable in practice.
