摘　　要：介绍了高轨卫星通信系统链路预算任务及设计方法,给出了链路预算所涉及的核心公式,并在此基础上通过MATLAB中GUIDE模块研制一款可实现多参数互算的链路预算软件。该软件弥补现有多数链路预算软件功能单一的缺陷,实现了发射功率、信息速率和发射天线口径之间的相互运算。介绍了链路预算软件的设计思想及方法,并详细阐述了本款软件所实现的功能,最终给出软件的用户界面和通过此软件完成的链路预算实例。The task the design method of link-budget for high-orbit satellite communication system are described, and the core calculation formulas of link-budget also given, and based on this, a link-budget software that could realize multi-parameter calculation is developed with the GUIDE module in MATLAB. This software makes up the defects of single function in most existing link-budget software, and realizes mutual operations among between transmission power, information rate and transmitting antenna aperture. The design ideas and methods of this software are expounded, its functions are described in detail. Finally the user interface of this software and a link-budget example completed with this software are also given in this paper.
