摘 要:本文以六水合硫酸镍、硫酸钾、硫酸铵为原料合成了硫酸镍钾铵系列(Kx(NH4)2-xNi(SO4)2.6H2O,x=0.4,1,1.6)晶体(简称KANSH),并用水溶液降温生长方法在3 L生长槽内分别生长出"厘米级"尺寸的单晶。根据ICP结果计算出x的数值;通过XRD确定了它们的结构(CCDC No.920443&920444&920445)随x值变化的规律;采用紫外-可见分光光谱仪、热分析仪等测试手段,分析了钾离子含量的变化对紫外特征吸收峰位置及热分解过程的影响;利用荧光光谱仪测试了K1.6(NH4)0.4Ni(SO4)2.6H2O晶体在10~300 K温度区间的紫外-可见吸收光谱。K x (NH4)2 - x Ni(SO4)2 .6H2O (x = 0. 4,1,1. 6) crystals were synthesized using NiSO 4 , K2 SO4 and (NH4)2 SO4 as raw materials. Bulk single crystals were obtained from aqueous solution by cooling method. The value of x and structures (CCDC No. 920443 and 920444 and 920445) were determined by ICP and single crystal XRD,respectively. Optical spectra and differential thermal analysis were carried out on these crystals. The impact of added x on the characteristic absorption peak at ultraviolet region and thermo-stability were analyzed. Spectra at low temperature for K 1. 6 (NH4) 0. 4 Ni(SO4) 2 .6H2 O were also reported.
