标准分数在综合评估法评标中的应用初探

摘　　要：标准分数的平均值为零、标准差为1,具有可加性,可以显示原始分数在数据组中的相对位置。将各投标人的技术标和商务标得分转化为标准分数后再加权求和,最后依据标准分数的高低选择中标候选人是一种适合综合评估法评标的计算方法。The standard score had the following features： （1） the average was zero, the standard deviation was one, （2） the additivity,（3） it could display the relative po sift on in a group. After converting the original grades o fcommercial tenders and technical tenders into standard scores, they would be given separate coefficicnts and would be added up. Determining the eligible candidate based on their final standard scores is a suitable method for overall evaluation of bid.
