摘　　要：徐艳玲教授认为哮病(冷哮证)系寒饮伏肺,遇感而发,以致痰气互结,肺失宣降;临证时当取温肺散寒化饮之功用的射干麻黄汤加减治疗,并依据肺、脾、肾等脏气虚弱之症候,酌情配伍健脾、补肺、益肾之品。Professor Xu Yan ling thinks that asthma（cold asthma） is cold phlegm in the lungs,induced by various factors,Phlegm and Qi each knot,Lung Qi dispersing and descending dysfunction;Clinical use of Shegan Mahuang decoction treatment to warm the lung and cold Phlegm;According to the deficiency of lung qi,spleen deficiency and Kidney deficiency,add the appropriate drugs to tonifying spleen,lung,kidney.
