益气养阴活血法治疗2型糖尿病随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察益气养阴活血法治疗糖尿病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将120例门诊及住院患者按就诊顺序编号随机分为两组。对照组60例西药常规治疗,口服降糖药物;伴高血压、脂代谢紊乱对症治疗。治疗组60例益气养阴活血法治疗,药用黄芪、山药、玄参各30g,生地、花粉各20g,葛根、苍术、丹参各15g。连续治疗1个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、餐后2h血糖、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。随访6个月。[结果]治疗组显效26例,有效30例,无效4例,总有效率93.333%。对照组显效13例,有效36例,无效11例,总有效率81.67%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。2hPPG、FPG以及HbAlC治疗组显著改善(P<0.05),对照组无明显变化(P>0.05),治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]益气养阴活血法治疗糖尿病效果显著,值得临床推广。[Objective]Observate the effect on diabetes cured by qi and activating blood method.[Methods]120 outpatient and hospitalized patients were divided into observation group and control group randomly according to the clinic sequential number using random parallel control method,60 cases of the control group cured by way of conventional western medicine treatment and used oral hypoglycemic drugs.At the same time,the patients who have high blood pressure and lipid metabolism disorder used auxiliary treatment respectively basing on the symptomatic.60 cases of the treatment group treated by qi and activating blood method,drugs including astragalus root,Chinese yam,figwort root each 30 g,radix rehmanniae,pollen each 20 g,radix puerariae,rhizoma atractylodis,salvia miltiorrhiza each 15 g;continuous treatment of 1 month was 1 treatment course.Observated clinical symptoms,biochemical index.There had 3 courses of treatment continuouslyand then judged curative effect.All patients were followed up for 6 months.[Results]On 2hPPG、FPG and HbAlC,the treatment group fall obviously.The total efficient rate of treatment group is 93.3%,and the total efficient rate of control group is 81.7%;The treatment group has no adverse reaction case,and 8.3% patients have dverse reaction in control group,there has significant difference on the whole（P0.05）.[Conclusion]There has significant effect in the treatment of diabetes using qi and activating blood circulation method,medical clinical could apply in a wide range.
