自拟咽清饮雾化吸入治疗喉源性咳嗽随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察自拟咽清饮雾化吸入治疗喉源性咳嗽疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例门诊患者按随机数字表法随机分为两组,对照组30例地塞米松5mg+生理盐水10mL,咽喉部超声雾化吸入,1次/d。治疗组30例咽清饮(炙麻黄10g,杏仁6g,浙贝母10g,桔梗10g,橘红6g,薄荷后下10g,射干10g,诃子10g,厚朴15g,枳实12g,麦冬15g,蝉蜕3g,胖大海10g),每剂加水300mL,温火煎20min后,加入薄荷再煎5min,煎取150mL。煎后滤出药汁,药渣另加温水150mL,温火煎15min,煎取100mL,2次药汁相合,咽喉部超声雾化吸入,连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效19例,有效9例,无效2例,加重0例,总有效率93.30%。对照组显效14例,有效6例,无效10例,加重0例,总有效率66.70%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]自拟咽清饮雾化吸入治疗喉源性咳嗽疗效满意。[Objective]To investigate the faucitis preparation aerosol inhalation in treatment of laryngeal cough efficacy.[Methods]Using a randomized controlled methods,60 patients from department patients were randomly divided into two groups,A control group of 30 cases of 5mg dexamethasone mixed with physiological saline,atomizing inhalation,one time/d,The treatment group of 30 cases of Yanqingyin（Zhimahuang 10g,Xingren 10g,Zhebeimu 10g,Jiegen 10g,Juhong 6g,Bohe 10g,Shegan 10g,Hezi 10g,Houpu 15g,Zhishi 12g,Maidong 15g,Chantui 3g,Pangdahai 10g） we should add 300ml water simmer into a dose of herbal medicine,boil and simmer gently for 20 minutes,then put Bohe into and simer for 5 minutes until 150ml,finally filter out the medicine juice,add 150ml warm water into dregs of a decoction,simmer gently for 15 minutes until 100ml.The total of medicine juice is about 250ml,can be used for inhalation,One course of treatment is 7 days,After 2 courses of treatment,We observed the clinical symptoms、adverse reaction,and judged the curative effect.[Result]The result of the treatment group was 19 remarkable cases,9 effective cases,2 invalid cases,0 aggravated cases,the total efficiency was 93.30%.The result of the clinical control group was 14 remarkable cases,6 effective cases,10 invalid cases,0 aggravated cases,the total efficiency was 66.70%.The curative effect of the treatment group is better than the clinical control group.[Conclusions]The curative effect is satisfactory that we used Self-made Yanqingyin for inhalation therapy of laryngeal cough.
