茵陈退黄汤联合西药治疗急性黄疸型肝炎对照观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察茵陈退黄汤联合西药治疗急性黄疸型肝炎疗效。[方法]将100例住院患者按抽签方法随机分为两组,对照组50例常规西医治疗(甘利欣、门冬氨酸钾镁、谷胱甘肽)。治疗组50例茵陈退黄汤(茵陈30g,栀子15g,生大黄10g后下,赤芍、青皮各12g,炒白术、五味子各10g,生甘草3g)水煎服,2次/d。西药治疗同对照组。观测临床症状、肝功能、病原学、B超检测。10d为1疗程,连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈42例,显效0例,有效7例,无效1例,总有效率98.00%。对照组痊愈32例,显效0例,有效10例,无效8例,总有效率84.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组。肝功能、B超检查均有改善,治疗组改善优于对照组。[结论]茵陈退黄汤联合西药治疗急性黄疸型肝炎明显优于单纯西医治疗,疗效确凿,值得进一步研究和推广应用。[Objective]To observe Yinchun Tuihuang decoction combined with western medicine for treatment of acute icteric hepatitis.[Methods]Random control method,100 cases of hospitalized patients by methods were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in the control group（conventional western medicine treatment of Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate,potassium magnesium aspartate,glutathione etc.）.The treatment group 50 cases of Yinchen Tuihuang Decoction（Yinchen 30g,Zhizhi 15g,Sheng Dahuang 10g,Chishao,Qingpi each 12g,Chao Baizhu,Wuweizi each 10g,Sheng Gancao 3g）,be decocted in water for oral dose,2/days.Western medicine and control group.Observation of clinical symptoms,liver function,etiology,B-mode ultrasonography detection.10d 1 treatment courses,continuous 2 courses of treatment,after 1 months of follow-up,curative effect.[Results]the treatment group 42 cases were cured,markedly effective in 0 cases,effective in 7 cases,1 cases are invalid,the total efficiency of 98%.The control group 32 cases were cured,markedly effective in 0 cases,effective in 10 cases,8 cases are invalid,the total efficiency of 84%.The effect of the treatment group than in control group.Liver function,B ultrasound examination were improved,the treatment group is better than control group.[Conclusion] Yinchen Tuihuang decoction is acute icteric hepatitis is significantly better than that of simple western medicine treatment,efficacy conclusively,worthy of further study and application.
