中药外敷感染对应体表并红外线照射联合西药治疗痰热郁肺型社区获得性肺炎随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察中药外敷感染对应体表并红外线照射联合西药治疗痰热郁肺型社区获得性肺炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将36例门诊患者按随机数字表法随机分为两组,对照组18例盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液0.4+0.9%生理盐水或5%葡萄糖250mL,1次/d,静滴。治疗组18例中药涂擦+红外线照射,大黄、芒硝按2:1的比例研面,用醋汁调和,涂擦在感染对应体表,红外线治疗仪照射20min,1次/d,西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、体征、胸部影像、生化指标、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组治愈9例,显效7例,有效2例,无效0例,总有效率100%。对照组治愈4例,显效2例,有效9例,无效2例,总有效率88.89%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中药外敷感染对应体表并红外线照射联合西药治疗痰热郁肺型社区获得性肺炎临床疗效优于单纯西药治疗。[Objective]To observe the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） inunction ＋ infrared irradiation treatment to treat community-acquired pneumonia（CAP） with pattern of phlegm-heat in lung.[Methods]36 CAP patients were randomly divided to two groups： treatment group（n = 18） and control group（n = 18）.The patients in two groups were administrated with levofloxacin hydrochloride injection,and the patients in treatment group were also administrated with TCM inunction ＋ infrared radiation.Rhubarb,mirabilite according to the ratio of 2： 1 research,reconcile with vinegar sauce,Rubbed on the corresponding surface treatment for infection,20min infrared irradiation,1/d,the course of treatment is 10 days.The main observation related symptoms,signs and symptoms may be related,chest X-ray or chest CT examination,physical examination,adverse reaction.Continuous 1 courses of treatment to determinate of curative effect.[Results]The treatment group 9 cases were cured,7 cases markedly effective,effective 2 cases,invalid 0 cases,the total efficiency of 100%.The control group 4 cases were cured,2 cases markedly effective,effective 9 cases,invalid 2 cases,the total efficiency of 88.89%.The treatment group curative effect surpasses the control group（P0.05）.[Conclusion] Inunction and infrared radiation in the treatment of community acquired pneumonia curative effect of phlegm-heat obstructing lung,satisfaction.
