首都经济圈跨区域产业协同创新的模式与路径研究

摘　　要：协同创新是提高区域自主创新能力和产业核心竞争力的最佳形式和途径,建立健全跨区域产业协同创新的网络体系必将对首都经济圈创新驱动发展发挥核心支撑作用。文章详细分析了首都经济圈产业协同创新的基础条件及创新协作开展中存在的主要制约因素,以此为基础,结合首都经济圈各区域产业发展方向以及创新资源布局特点等,确定首都经济圈创新协作的重点产业领域。针对重点产业领域,从三个不同层面构建起大区域联动的技术创新链条与产业协作链条,实现创新要素最大限度整合和区域比较优势最充分发挥。Synergic innovation is the best form and way of improving the regional independent innovation capability and core competitiveness. It will play a core support role in the innovation-driven development of the capital economic circle that establishing and improving the trans-regional synergic innovation network system. This paper analyzes the basic conditions of synergic innovation in industries and the main constraints that exist in the innovation cooperation of the capital economic circle. On this basis, with the direction of the regional industry development and the characteristics of innovation resources distribution of the capital economic circle, it points out the key industry fields which will carry out synergic innovation in the capital economic circle. From three different levels, it builds up the regional technology innovation chains and industry collaboration chains for different industry fields, so that innovative elements are to be integrated with the maximum extent and regional comparative advantages are to be employed fully.
