中国特色城镇化道路研究述评

摘　　要：文章从城镇化战略、城镇化模式、城镇化速度、城镇化与扩大内需、城镇化与新农村建设等五个方面对中国特色城镇化道路相关问题的研究成果进行回顾和梳理。文章认为,已有的研究成果为中国特色城镇化建设提供了良好的借鉴和启发,但中国特色城镇化建设还需要理论界更为系统的研究和决策层完善顶层设计,重点解决好城镇化过程中的农地产权、户籍制度改革、农民工市民化就业、金融支持和提高城镇化率等问题。From the strategy of urbanization, urbanization patterns, urbanization rate, urbanization and the expansion of domestic demand, urbanization and the construction of new countryside, this paper makes a review of the study on the urbanization with Chinese characteristics. This paper considers that the existing research results for urbanization with Chinese characteristics provides a good reference and inspiration, but the urbanization with Chinese characteristics requires theoretical researches and decisions to perfect the top design, so as to focus on resolve the issues of farmland property rights in the urbanization process, the household registration system reform, farmer-worker＇s citizenship employment, financial support and increase the rate of urbanization issues.
