股骨干折合并同侧股骨颈骨折的诊断与手术治疗

摘　　要：目的探讨股骨干骨折合并同侧股骨颈骨折的诊断与手术治疗的临床特点、手术方法及漏诊原因。方法回顾性分析从2007年5月至2012年5月利用手术治疗股骨干骨折合并同侧股骨颈骨折10例。结果根据术后1至5年,平均3.15年。发现其中8例愈合良好,1例不愈合骨坏死,还有1例愈合畸形。结论股骨干合并同侧股骨颈骨折病例相对较少,漏诊较高。因此医师和患者都应该注意,在治疗时应根据股骨干骨折的位置和股骨颈骨折的位移程度来确定内固定的方式,并定期检查愈合程度。Objective To investigate the clinical features,operation methods of femoral shaft with diagnosis and operation treatment of ipsilateral fractures of femoral neck and causes of missed diagnosis of fracture.Methods A retrospective analysis from May,2007 to May,2012 using operation treatment of femoral shaft fractures and 10 cases of ipsilateral femoral neck fracture.Results According to the postoperative 1 to 5 years,average 3.15 years.Found that 8 cases were cured,one case of nonunion of bone necrosis,and a case of healing deformity.Conclusions Femoral shaft with relatively few cases of ipsilateral femoral neck fracture,missed diagnosis is high.Therefore,physicians and patients should pay attention to,in the treatment should be determined according to the degree of displacement mode of internal fixation of femoral shaft fracture position and fracture of the femoral neck,and regularly check the degree of healing.
