湖北省仙桃市2009—2011年青年学生艾滋病哨点监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解仙桃市青年学生艾滋病相关知识、行为及艾滋病病毒(HIV)、梅毒和病毒性丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)感染状况。方法依据2009—2011年全国艾滋病哨点监测实施方案,对仙桃市在读青年学生进行问卷调查和血清学检测。结果 2009—2011年每年监测青年学生800人,AIDS相关知识总知晓率分别为74.61%、69.98%和82.45%,在8个相关问题中以"蚊虫叮咬会传播艾滋病吗"知晓率最低,三年监测青年学生安全套的使用率均偏低,最近一年使用安全套的比例分别为6.25%、0%和12.5%,最近一次使用安全套的比例分别为12.50%、16.67%、12.50%。接受参与艾滋病宣传服务率逐年增高,自愿检测HIV抗体比例偏低;三年青年学生HIV和梅毒抗体阳性检测率均为0%,HCV抗体阳性均为1例,阳性率均为0.125%。结论仙桃市2009—2011年青年学生艾滋病相关知识知晓率有所增加,但仍需强化提高。虽然血样检测除HCV外没有发现HIV和梅毒抗体阳性,但已发现少数学生有性行为,安全套使用率又极低,因此应加强青年学生艾滋病健康教育和学校艾滋病综合防制措施。Objective To understand the awareness of AIDS related knowledge,prevalence of risk behaviors and infection status of HIV,Treponema pallidum and HCV.Methods According to the requirement of The National Sentinel Surveillance of AIDS Protocol,2009-2011,the questionnaire survey and serological detection were conducted in young students in Xiantao.Results From 2009 to 2011,800 young students were surveyed.The awareness of AIDS related knowledge was different.（74.61% in 2009,69.98% in 2010 to 82.45% in 2011） The awareness of ＂ Mosquito can transmit HIV or not＂ was lowest in the related 8 questions.The overall condom use rate was low during the three years.The condom use rate in 2011 was 6.25%,0% and 12.5%.The recent condom use rate was 12.5%,16.67%,12.5%.The proportions of the students reported receiving prevention publicity services were increased year by year.No positive report of HIV and syphilis antibody was found in young students during this period.Test results showed 0.125% of the samples were HCV antibody positive.Conclusions The awareness of AIDS-related knowledge was improved in young students.Though no HIV and Treporema pallidum antibody positive serum sample was found except HCV,a few students had sex behavior.The condom use rate was too low.Further enhancing health promotion and the comprehensive prevention and control of AIDS are necessary in young students.
