摘  要:本文提出了一种新的板形检测方法激光光斑法。该方法是用激光发生器作光源 ,让其发出的激光直接照射在板面上 ,由于板带在运动中必然产生振动 ,反射到接收元件上的光斑位置也在变化 ,从而使接收元件的输出电压发生变化 ,通过一系列处理 ,就可以测出板带上这一点的振动频率 ,通过板带的振动频率便可求出板带的板形。This article puts forward a new method “laser spot” for measuring the shape of plate. The method takes laser producer as light resource, letting its beam shine directly on the plate. Due to the plate yield vibration in motion, the spot position that reflects on the receiver is changed, which makes the output voltage on the receiver changed as well. By means of a series of treatment, the vibration frequence on the point can be measured. And with the measured value, the shape of plate can be also obtained.
