FDI、国际贸易的技术效应与我国省际碳排放绩效

摘　　要：本文基于DEA非参数方法测算了我国各地区1995-2010年的Malmquist-Luenberger全要素碳排放绩效指数,并对其进行分解,估算出了东部、中部和西部地区考虑非期望产出的技术进步和技术效率变化指数,进而运用动态面板数据模型构建了FDI、国际贸易技术效应对技术进步和技术效率影响的动态计量方程。研究结果显示:分区域来看,东部地区的FDI促进了技术进步,抑制了技术效率的改进,中部地区的FDI促进了技术进步和技术效率的改进,而西部地区的FDI技术效应不显著;三大区域的进口贸易均抑制了技术进步,对技术效率改进的影响不显著;东部地区的出口贸易促进了技术进步和技术效率的改进,中部地区的出口贸易对技术进步有明显的促进作用,而西部地区的出口贸易对技术进步和技术效率的改进均无明显作用。Based on the DEA non-parameter method, this paper uses the Malmquist-Luenberger index to estimate the total factor carbon emission perfor- mance of China between 1995 and 2010, and through decomposing this index, the technology advancement index and the technology efficiency index of the eastern area, the central area and the western area of China are calculated considering the undesirable output. And then, through the use of dynamic panel data model creates dynamic measurement equations, this research evaluates the technical effect of FDI and international trade on technology advancement and technology ef- ficiency. The research results indicate that for the three areas, the eastern area＇ s FDI promotes the technology advancement, but suppresses the improvement of technology efficiency, the central area＇ s FDI promotes both technology advancement and technology efficiency; however, the influence of FDI in the western area is not apparent. Import trade in the three areas obstructs technology advance- ment, but has no evident effect on the improvement of technology efficiency. The eastern area＇ s export trade promotes both technology advancement and technology efficiency; the central area＇ s export trade has an significant positive effect on technology advancement; whereas the western area＇ s export trade has no evident effect.
