摘　　要：技术寻求型OFDI理论的产生和发展,使得OFDI渠道的逆向技术溢出议题成为发达国家和发展中国家学者争相研究的热点。由于在技术和研发领域落后于发达国家,我国如何通过OFDI的逆向技术溢出效应促进国内技术的进步进而推动经济的发展,成为我国企业"走出去"战略提出以来,越来越多学者关注的命题。文章从我国企业OFDI动机探讨等五个方面,对现有相关研究最新动态进行述评,并基于此就该问题的未来研究进行展望。The emergence and development of the technology-seeking OFDI theories have made OFDI channel reverse technology spillover issues a competing research hotspot in both developed and developing countries. Since China was left behind in such a field of technology and research, the proposition ＂how to handle OFDI reverse technology spillover effect, drive domestic techno- logical progress and promote economic development＂ has concerned more and more domestic scholars even since the ＂going global＂ strategy of Chinese enterprises was put forward. In view of exploring Chinese enterprises＇ OFDI motivations and other four aspects, this paper conducts a review on existing researches and prospects about future researches on this new issue.
