摘　　要：从几个不同的方面论述了汉字显示仪表发展的有利因素及不利因素。指出使用点阵液晶显示器并不象有些人所说的那么困难，也并非需要付出高昂的代价；汉字显示所带来的优越性是任何进口仪表取代不了的，将汉字用做屏幕显示，会使国产仪表的使用性能得到极大的提高。提出随着汉字显示仪表发展条件的成熟，未来几年仪表显示的汉字化将是仪表行业的又一热点。The positive and negative factors on developing.the display instruments using Chinese character are expounded from several different aspects . The author stated that adopting dot-matrix liquid crystal display is not so difficult as certain people think and the cost is not so expensive either The advantages of the display instrument using Chinese character cannot be substituted by any other imported instruments Displaying Chinese character on the screen will enhance the operational performance of the home made instruments. In the coming years, the development of instruments using Chinese character will be the one of the hot spots along with the conditions are ripe for develop ment.
