盐酸胺碘酮注射液致休克15例分析

摘　　要：目的:分析胺碘酮静脉给药过程中发生休克的一般规律,为临床合理用药提供参考方法:检索中文期刊全文库、万方数据库及我院药品不良反应报告数据库,收集2003～2011年关于胺碘酮静脉给药所引起患者休克的文章期刊和个案报道,对患者的基础心脏病、心律、血压、心功能状态、心电图和胺碘酮的用法用量及胺碘酮的溶酶、注射速度、浓度、和休克发生的时间、休克表现及抢救措施等项目进行统计分析结果:共收集15例因静脉给药胺碘酮所引起的休克的患者临床病例,其中3例是我院住院的患者。用药后休克发生的时8例≤3 min,7例≤20 min,休克持续时间为2～360 min。12例停药并给予抢救药物治疗3例仅停给予吸氧,未使用药物治疗。结论:胺碘酮静脉给药可能引起休克。To analyze the general rales of shock induced by intravenous amiodarone hydrochloride injection to provide reference for the clinical rational drug use.Methods：The clinical data of shock induced by intravenous amiodarone in treating patients were collected from CNKI,Wangfang Data and our hospital adverse drug reaction data between 2003 and 2011.The baseline cardiac disease,heart rate,blood pressure,cardiac status,electrocardiogram of patient and the dosage,solvent and concentration of amiodarone and the time,performance of shock and the treatment for shock were analyzed.Results;The clinical data of 1 1 patients with amiodamne-induced shock were collected.3 of the patients came from our hospital.The onset time of shock was within 3 minutes after medication in 8 cases,and within 20 minutes in 7 cases.The shock lasted from 3 to 120 minutes.Withdrawal and drug therapy were given to 12 patients and other 3 patients stopped amiodarone and were provided with oxygen hut with no IrealmenI of drugs.Conclusion：The intravenous amiodarone might induce shock.It could be improved by immediate symptomatic treatment.
