摘  要:考察了无涂层高速钢刀具在无润滑条件下钻削压铸铝合金 (Al Si9Cu3)时的磨损特性和磨损机理图 ,并对不同磨损区域进行了划分 .发现在不同的进给量及切削速度下 ,刀具的磨损量变化呈明显的规律性 ,按磨损机理可分为粘着磨损区、粘着磨损和磨粒磨损区、磨粒磨损区、严重塑性变形磨损区和热磨损区等 5个区域 .刀具在粘着磨损区的磨损较小 ,故就刀具的耐磨寿命而言 ,粘着磨损区可视为最佳切削区域 .A wear mechanism map describing the wear behavior of the flank of an uncoated high speed steel (HSS) tool in drilling a die cast aluminum alloy AlSi9Cu3 has been established by plotting the feed rate vs . the cutting speed and normalizing the wear rates into dimensionless data points. Several regions in the maps are divided based on different wear rates and wear mechanisms, in connection with SEM observation of the worn tool surface morphologies in different regions. It has been suggested that the flank of the tool is characterized by adhesive wear, adhesive and abrasive wear, abrasive wear, severely plastic flow, and thermal wear in different regions in the wear mechanism map. Moreover, there exists a minor wear region called “safety cutting zone” of the HSS tool, where the flank of the tool is characterized by adhesive wear. It is recommended that the HSS tool work in this region so as to reach long enough service life.
