摘  要:目的:观察桃红四物丸对兔皮片移植模型成活及组织VEGFR-2含量的影响,探讨其对皮片移植成活的作用机制。方法:将40只清洁级新西兰大白兔随机分为2组,均制成兔皮片移植模型,造模后治疗组予桃红四物丸灌胃治疗,对照组予等容积蒸馏水灌胃,每天2次,连续14d。通过组织病理学检查、血管密度检测和免疫组化染色的方法,观察比较2组术后11d和14d移植皮片组织病理学评分、血管密度及VEGFR-2含量。结果:治疗组术后11d和14d的组织病理学评分、血管密度和VEGFR-2含量均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:桃红四物丸可通过改善组织病理学情况、促进血管新生、增加VEGFR-2含量,从而促进移植皮片成活。To observe the effects of Taohong Siwu pills on the skin graft survival and vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-2(VEGFR-2) level in a rabbit model of skin grafting and to investigate its action mechanism in promoting skin graft survival.Methods:Forty clean New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.After a rabbit model of skin grafting was established,the treatment group received Taohong Siwu pills by gavage,while the control group received an equal volume of distilled water by gavage.Both groups were given Taohong Siwu pills or distilled water twice daily for 14 consecutive days.Histopathological examination,vascular density measurement,and immunohistochemical staining were performed to compare the histopathological score,vascular density,and VEGFR-2 level between the two groups at 11 and 14 d after operation.Results:The treatment group had significantly higher histopathological score,vascular density,and VEGFR-2 level than the control group at 11 and 14 d after operation(P 0.05).Conclusion:Taohong Siwu pills can promote skin graft survival by improving histopathological conditions,promoting angiogenesis,and increasing VEGFR-2 level.
