抗卵巢早衰序贯方对POF患者卵巢血流再灌注及卵巢储备能力的影响

摘　　要：目的观察抗卵巢早衰序贯方治疗卵巢早衰临床疗效,分析治疗机理。方法将诊断符合卵巢早衰的120例患者分为中药组、中西医结合组、西药组各40例,服用中药或西药治疗,进行血清性激素水平、子宫及卵巢血流频谱及窦卵泡的超声观察,探讨对卵巢储备能力的影响。结果中药组总有效率为87.50%,中西医结合组总有效率为95.00%,明显优于西药组(75.00%);中药组及中西医结合组能明显改善患者症状、下调FSH水平,上调INHB水平,升高E2水平,改善卵巢血流再灌注。结论抗卵巢早衰循期阴阳序贯方治疗卵巢早衰疗效好,能够改善患者类围绝经期症状,改善子宫卵巢血流,提高卵巢储备功能,达到治疗卵巢早衰的目的。Objective To observe the clinical effect of premature ovarian failure sequential Decoction in treating pre- mature ovarian failure, analysis the treatment mechanism. Methods 120 cases diagnosed patients with premature ovarian failure is divided into traditional Chinese medicine group, western medicine group, western medicine group with 40 cases in each group, Chinese medicine or western medicine treatment, observed the serum levels of sex hormone, uterine and o- varian blood flow spectrum and ultrasonic antral follicles, Studied the influence on ovarian reserve capacity. Results the total effective rate was 87.50 % in traditional Chinese medicine group, western medicine group, the total efficiency of 95.00 %, significantly better than the western medicine group （75.00 % ） ; can improve the symptoms of patients, lower levels of FSH group combined with traditional Chinese medicine group and Western medicine, increase the level of INHB, increase E2 level, improve reperfusion ovarian blood flow. Condusion anti premature ovarian failure along with the Yin and Yang of sequential Decoction in treating premature ovarian failure, can improve the patients with perimenopausal symptoms, the ovarian and uterine blood flow, and the ovarian reserve function, achieve the purpose of treating premature ovarian failure.
