摘　　要：中医药院校传统毕业考试存在考试内容缺漏、方式单一、评判多元等缺陷,从内容到模式都已不适应新世纪中医药人才培养的目标。考试应重点突出医学生运用基础知识处理复杂问题的综合能力。计算机技术的进步为医学生毕业考试的改革带来了新的契机,对考试内容和形式改革、毕业生能力培养和质量提高都将产生影响。Traditional graduation examination has some disadvantages in TCM colleges and universities, and cannot fulfill the goal to train TCM talents in new century. The reformed examination will emphasize students＇ comprehensive ability to apply basic knowledge to solve complex problems. The rapid progress in computer technology has brought new opportunities for the reforms in graduation examination, and it will affect the reform of examination content and forms, and improvement in the training of students＇ ability and quality.
