摘 要:目的建立全自动化学分析仪检测公共场所空气中甲醛的方法。方法公共场所空气中甲醛经酚试剂(3-甲基-2-苯并噻唑啉酮腙盐酸盐水合物)吸收液吸收后,运用全自动化学分析仪进行检测。结果甲醛含量在0-2.5μg范围内相关系数0.9998,最低检出量0.05μg,最低检出浓度0.005mg/m3(以采样体积10L计),相对标准偏差0.2%-1.3%,加标回收率96.2%-99.3%。结论该方法简便灵敏,结果准确可靠,适用于大批量样品检测。Objective To establish a method for determination of formaldehyde in air of public places by Discrete Auto Analyzer.Methods Formaldehyde in air of public places was detected by Discrete Auto Analyzer after being absorbed by MBTH(3-Methyl2-benzothiazolinonehydrazone Hydrochlide Hydrate) absorption liquid.Results When the content of formaldehyde ranged from 0μg to 2.5μg,the correlation coefficient of the method was 0.9998,the minimum detectable activity was 0.05μg,the concentration limit was 0.005mg/m3(caculated using the sampling volumn 10 liters),the relative standard deviation was 0.2%-1.3% and the revovery rate was 96.2%-99.3%.Conclusion This method is simple and sensitive.The results are accurate and reliable.Which is suitable for the determination of mass samples.
