摘  要:通过对一只发生爆炸泄漏的液氯钢瓶的常规检验和其充装及使用过程的全面调查,确认了该次事故造成的主要原因:氯气与气瓶内的丙烯腈发生了剧烈反应,产生的反应热使瓶内温度急剧升高而引发爆炸。提出对液氯钢瓶的细化管理,包括进一步完善客户信息和对用氯客户进行分类管理,对现有的《液氯充装操作规程》进行了修订,本着"举一反三"的原则改进各装置工艺技术规程以及加强充装班操作人员的操作技能培训等。Routine tests were made on an exploded and leaked liquid cylinder and its tilhng and use was fully investigated, and thus the causes of the accident were determined. The causes lied in .that chlorine gas and acrylonitrile reacted violently in the cylinder and the released reaction heat sharply raised the inner temperature of the cylinder, followed by explosion. The author put forward that liquid chlorine cylinders should be managed elaborately, including further perfecting customer information and classifying the chlorine customers to manage, the present Operation Specifications of Liquid Chlorine Filling should be revised, the technical specifications for one device should be corrected followed by corrections to the technical specifications for its related devices, training liquid chlorine filling operators in operating skills should be enhanced.
