沈阳地区黑斑蛙早期胚胎发育研究

摘　　要：黑斑蛙Rana nigromaculata是中国大陆分布最广的两栖类之一,对沈阳地区黑斑蛙的胚胎发育进行观察,并拍摄各期图片,对各时期的形态特征进行描述。结果表明:在19～20℃的水温条件下,从受精卵期至鳃盖完全愈合期胚胎发育可分为26期,胚胎发育历时258.66h,胚体长10.315mm±0.893mm,有整齐的孵化期。本研究中的黑斑蛙胚胎发育和前人报道差异较大,可能与不同地区黑斑蛙的群体遗传组成、生态环境及试验中的水质和光照等其它条件的差异有关。Rana nigromaculata is one of the most widely distributed amphibians in China. The embryo development of R. nigromaculata from Shenyang was observed under microscope and the characteristics was described in detail. The results showed that, at 19 - 20℃, the embryo development would take 258.66 hours and was divided into 26 phases from fertilized eggs to operculum completion stage with independent escape theca stage. The length of the embryo body was 10. 315 mm ± 0. 893 mm. The characteristics of R. nigromaculata embryo development of this study is quite different from previously re- ported, which may due to the different population genetic composition, specific ecological environment, water quality, or il- lumination, etc.
