摘  要:目的:确定水蒸气蒸馏法提取白术挥发油的最佳工艺并研究其化学成分。方法:采用正交试验设计对提取条件进行优化,并通过气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)分析挥发油化学成分。结果:以得油率为指标,结合经济省时的原则评价其最佳工艺为浸泡时间1 h,蒸馏时间5 h,加水量5倍,得油率为4.23‰。GC-MS分析所得挥发油,共分离出47个成分,鉴定了其中32个成分。结论:本实验优化了水蒸气蒸馏法提取白术挥发油的提取工艺,并通过GC-MS分析了所提挥发油的化学成分,为白术挥发油的开发利用提供可靠参考。Objective:To determine optimum process of the water vapor distillation extraction of volatile oil from rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae and study its chemical composition.Methods:Using the orthogonal experimental design,the extraction conditions were optimized,and through the GC-MS analysis volatile oil chemical composition.Results:Combining the oil rate,the economy and saving time,it indicated the optimum process as follow:to soak time 1 h,distillation time 2 h,add water 5 times.The oil rate was 4.23‰.Using GC/MS,a total of 47 chromatographic peaks were separated and 32 chromatographic peaks were identified.Conclusion:Through water vapor distillation,this experiment to optimize the extracting process of rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae of the volatile oil.The chemical constituents of volatile oil can be analysed through GC-MS.This experiment provide reliable reference for further development and utilization of rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae of the volatile oil.
