藏药降糖舒胶囊对高脂血症大鼠血脂和血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察藏药降糖舒胶囊对实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂和血液流变学的影响。方法:测定高脂血症大鼠血脂和血液流变学的各项指标。结果:藏药降糖舒胶囊灌胃给药40天后发现该药能明显降低由高脂乳剂所造成的大鼠TC、TG、LDL的水平;血液流变学各项结果显示该药能明显降低高脂血症大鼠高、低切变率下的全血黏度(ηb)、全血还原黏度(ηr)、血浆黏度(ηp)、血细胞比容(HCT)。结论:藏药降糖舒胶囊不仅对高脂血症大鼠的血脂代谢紊乱具有良好的调节作用,而且能改变血液流变学特性。Objective：The objective is to observe the effects of Tibetan medicine jiangtangshu capsule on blood lipid and hemorbeology in experimental hyperlipidemia rats. Methods： 120 animals, we prepared hyperlipidemia models of rats through feeding rats with lipid emulsion, were divided into the hyperlipidemia model group, control group, Zhibituo group, high jiangtang and low jiangtang dose group each 24 animals; indexes of blood lipid and hemorbeology including level of TC, TG, LDL and hyperlipidemia were determined. Results： As compared with control and model group, level of TC, TG, LDL was decreased significantly（ P 〈 0.01 and P 〈 0.05 ） after 40 days administrated with Tibetan medicine jiangtangshu capsule. The original blood viscosity （ηr）, plasma viscosity （ηp） and hematocrit （HCT） were decreased. Conclusions ：Tibetan medicine jiantangshu capsule can regulate disorder of lipid metabolism and change advisably feature of hemorheology in hypedipidemia rats.
