摘　　要：目的:建立HPLC法测定克咳胶囊中苦杏仁苷的含量。方法:色谱柱:Agilent Zorbax SB-C_(18)(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水(20:80);流速:1.0 ml·min^(-1);检测波长:210 nm;柱温:室温;进样量:10μl。结果:苦杏仁苷在0.217 2～8.688 0μg范围内与其峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为101.24%,RSD为1.95%(n=6)结论:本方法简便准确,快速可靠,能够用于克咳胶囊中苦杏仁苷的含量测定。To establish an HPLC method for the determination of amygdalin in Keke capsules.Method：An Agilent Zorbax SB-C_（18）（150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm） column was used.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water（20：80）.The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^（-1）.The detection wavelength was at 210 nm.The column temperature was at room temperature,and the injection volume was 10μl.Result：A good linear correlation of amygdalin was observed within the range of 0.217 2-8.688 0 g（r =0.999 9）. The average recovery was 101.24%with RSD of 1.95%（n = 6）.Conclusion：The method is simple,accurate and rapid,and can be used in the determination of Keke capsules.
