肾宝口服液联合激素治疗IgA肾病伴肾病综合征的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察肾宝口服液联合激素治疗IgA肾病肾病综合征的疗效。方法:64例IgA肾病肾病综合征患者分为观察组及对照组,对照组给予激素常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用中药肾宝口服液,治疗后12个月监测生化指标,评价疗效。结果:观察组降低尿蛋白、升高血清白蛋白效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:肾宝口服液联合激素治疗IgA肾病肾病综合征可明显缓解症状,降低尿蛋白及升高血清白蛋白方面明显优于单用激素治疗,且不良反应发生率低。To observe the effect of Shenbao oral liquids combined with hormone in the treatment of IgA nephropathy with nephrotic syndrome.Method：Totally 64 cases of IgA nephropathy with nephrotic syndrome were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group was with hormone conventional treatment,and the control group was with Shenbao oral liquids additionally.During the 12-month treatment,the efficacy and biochemical indices in the two groups were monitored.Result： Compared with those in the control group,the urine protein and serum albumin in the treatment group were decreased more significantly with lower side effect incidence（P 0.05）.Conclusion：Shenbao oral liquids combined with hormone in the treatment of IgA nephropathy with nephrotic syndrome can obviously relieve symptoms and reduce protein in urine and serum with lower incidence of adverse reactions,which is better than the hormone treatment alone.
