摘　　要：介绍了采用光叠加法校正分光光度计光度线性的基本原理及测量方法 ;给出了折半法线性校正误差的计算公式 ;This paper introduces the basic principle to correct the photometric linearity with optical superposition method,and its measuring method;Error equation of linearity correction is given;we also analyze the method of reducing by half multi serial high accuracy linearity correction and the interdependence of quantitative computation.
