摘　　要："人本法律观"是科学发展观在法学领域的具体体现,是社会主义法治理念中关于"执法为民"的生动反映,同时也是十八大提出加强党的纯洁性建设和建设廉洁政治的思想导航。在党风廉政建设面临许多新情况新问题的今天,强调清廉政府体现了我们党进一步加大反腐倡廉的力度,更是建设法治政府和全面建成小康社会的一项长期任务。＂The concept of law＂ is the embodiment of the scientific outlook on development in the field of law and is a vivid reflection of ＂the law for the people＂ of the socialist concept of the rule of law.At the same time it is also the eighteenth National Congress of the CPCproposed to strengthen the ideological and navigation and the purity of the party construction and the construction of honest politics.Today the construction of a clean and honest government is facing many new situations and new problems.Emphasis on clean government embodies our party further intensify anti-corruption efforts.It is the a long-term task of the construction ofthe government ruled by law and building a well-off society.
