电子护理病历在妇科临床护理路径中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨电子护理病历在妇科护理临床路径中的作用,为促进电子护理病历的广泛使用提供可靠依据。方法通过在实际工作中医嘱处理、护理提醒、打印及移动办公等三个方面,观察电子护理病历在妇科临床护理路径中的应用。结果电子护理病历在妇科临床护理路径中的应用充分体现了一种新的护理模式,不但有利于实现文书标准规范化管理,而且可以有效规范护理人员行为。结论电子护理病历在妇科临床护理路径中的应用,可以有效规范护理人员的行为,提高护理质量,促进护理人员与患者之间建立良好的护患关系。Objective To discuss the function of electronic nursing records in the clinical nursing of the gynecology and provide the enough evidences for the extensive use of the electronic medical records.Methods Observing the application of the electronic nursing record system in gynecological clinical nursing by three aspects including the prescription processing,nursing remind,printing and mobile work.Results The electronic nursing records show the advanced function which can achieve the standardization management,and can effectively regulate the behavior of the nurses and improve the level of nursing records writing.Conclusion The application of electronic nursing records can effectively regulate the behavior of the nurses,improve the nursing quality and establish the great relationship between the patients and the nurses.
