疏肝解郁胶囊在慢性闭角型青光眼患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨疏肝解郁胶囊对慢性闭角型青光眼患者心理状态和生活质量的影响。评估疏肝解郁胶囊在青光眼患者中应用的疗效和安全性。方法对87例慢性闭角型青光眼患者随机分为对照组和实验组(疏肝解郁胶囊组);对照组采用常规对症支持治疗和必要手术治疗;实验组在常规治疗基础上进行药物治疗(疏肝解郁胶囊)。分别在治疗前、治疗8周后进行症状自评量表和生活质量量表测定及眼压、实验室检查。结果实验组在药物治疗8周后SCL-90总分、躯体化、人际关系、焦虑、抑郁因子分明显降低,与对照组相比差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,实验组的生活质量心理健康相关因子(社会功能、情感角色、心理健康、活力)维度分得到改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。实验组在药物治疗8周后眼压明显下降,与对照组相比差异有显著意义;无明显不良反应,实验室等辅助检查无异常。结论疏肝解郁胶囊可有效改善慢性闭角型青光眼患者的心理状态和生活质量;在使用中无严重不良反应,安全性好,可起一定辅助作用,提高药物、手术治疗的疗效。Objective To investigate the effect of capsule ShuGanJieYu on he psychological health level and Quality of Life of patients with chronic angle-closure glaucoma.To estimate the curative effects and safety of capsule ShuGanJieYu in Patients with Chronic angle-closure glaucoma Methods 89 inpatients with chronic angle-closure glaucoma were voluntarily divided into control group and experiment group（capsule ShuGanJieYu group）.Patients in both groups received routine medication,besides those in the experiment group were treated with capsule ShuGanJieYu.All the patients were evaluated with Symptom Check List-90（SCL-90 ） and short form 36 health survey questionaire（SF-36）,intraocular pressure,laboratory examination before and eight weeks after capsule ShuGanJieYu.Results There were non-significant difference between the two groups in the SCL- 90,i SF-36,ntraocular pressure before capsule ShuGanJieYu,The scores of somatization,interpersonal sensitivity, depression,anxiety in SCL-90 after treatment were obviously decreased in the experiment group（P0.05）.compared to control group,The scores of VT、SF、RE、MH in SF-36 became significant increase eight weeks later in the experiment group（P0.01） intraocular pressure were markedly lower（P0.05 ）,but there were non-significant difference between the two groups in laboratory examination and noobvious adversereaction. Conclusion capsule ShuGanJieYu can effectively improve the level of psychological health and quality of Life and intraocular pressure in patients with chroni angle-closure glaucoma;in use,no serious adverse reaction, good safety,can.play a role in enhancing drug,auxiliary,operation treatment.
